Trying Ukrainian food

This evening we were out to a little Valentine’s Day celebration with our friends and chose the small Ukrainian restaurant “У Кума” in Ikast. Menu is quite good and you can choose between ethnic Ukrainian food and local Danish meals, so everyone can find something for their taste.

My first choice was tzatziki dip with fresh baked bread.

Bread tasted really good, but tzatziki…too much dressing and not enough spices, so it was a huge disappointment for me, because Who can ever mess up tzatziki??😊

My other choice – potatoe pancakes with pork.img_0518And it was really delicious. Proportions were perfectly sized and taste was smooth and juicy.    So my final conclusion about this whole experience  – it was average restaurant with alright food, too slowly service and really long waiting time. I don’t think I’ll be coming back.

2/5 stars ✨
