…. it’s so good!

My experiment succeeded 😊 It’s tasting good and has an eyes catching color game 🌈 So let me introduce you to easy salad + dip for any occasion 

Ingredients for salad:

  • 1/2 cucumber 🥒
  • 1 red sweet pepper 🌶
  • 1 shallot onion
  • 60 g of edamame beans
  • 50 g of black rice
  • Salt, pepper optional ( I didn’t used any spices for salad)

Ingredients for the dip:

  • 1 ripe avocado 🥑
  • 1 tsp sherry cider
  • 1 tbsp Skyr/Greek yoghurt
  • Salt, pepper after taste
  • 1/8 tsp raw coconut sugar, optional

First – cook rice. Meanwhile cut your veggies in different types(not too small pieces), so your salad has some robust texture. Mix everything in a bowl and add cooled down rice 🍚 Set aside! And let’s make a dip … that is so easy to make like 1,2,3 😊 Just mix all ingridiens together until you get a smooth consistency. And here you go… experimental salad + dip session is done ✅ Just add some  roasted  pumpkin/sunflower seeds on top and you’re ready to serve whenever, wherever meal!
