Warm a little coconut oil in the pan, add your already cooked quinoa, chopped perseley, a tablespoon of horseradish cut in strips and salt + pepper after taste. Cook for 2-5 min. Meanwhile make eggs 🍳 Fried, boiled, poached… it’s all after your choice and preferences. I choosed fried, because it’s just the easiest and fastest way – especially for those lazy Sunday mornings 😊
Serve with tomatoes 🍅 or other favorite veggies and greens!
