Boost up breakfast for lazy mornings ☀️

I had some cooked quinoa in the fridge, so I thought why not make a delicious, protein full breakfast for my family👨‍👩‍👧.

Warm a little coconut oil in the pan, add your already cooked quinoa, chopped perseley, a tablespoon of horseradish cut in strips and salt + pepper after taste. Cook for 2-5 min. Meanwhile make eggs 🍳 Fried, boiled, poached… it’s all after your choice and preferences. I choosed fried, because it’s just the easiest and fastest way – especially for those lazy Sunday mornings 😊

Serve with tomatoes 🍅 or other favorite veggies and greens!
