“Do you have some recipes also for men?” or “My husband/boyfriend doesn’t eat that kind of sh…!” 😀 Give them some meat 🍖🍗🥓 I hear this more and more often from my friends and family.
- Pork tenderloin ~ 500g
- Salt, pepper
- Sun dried tomatoes ~ 8 pcs.
- Pickled garlic ~ 5 pcs.
- Horseradish, chopped 1-2 tsp.
- Dates 3 pcs. (optional)
Preheat oven to 175*C. Take tenderloin and cut off any large pieces of fat and tendons. Rub meat with salt and pepper. Make small cuts in the meat and stuff with sun-dried tomatoes, horseradish, pickled garlic and dates. Insert a meat thermometer into the thickest part of a meat for perfect results. Now just place the skillet into the oven. Check thermometer every 10 minutes and when the internal temperature is 70*C/75*C (well done)tenderloin is ready and you can remove it from the oven. It’s ready to be served!
