Chocolate bites 😍

Waiting time is finally over … and here’s the answer to this days sneak peek πŸ‘€

Easy made dark and white chocolate bites with dried fruits, nuts and seeds. Definitely a perfect guilt-free snack 😊

And it is so easy to make them! So let’s begin…

  • 100 g dark chocolate min. 70% cacao
  • 100 g white chocolate
  • Dried fruits (mango, pineapple, cranberries etc.)
  • Nuts (almonds,hazelnuts,walnuts etc.)
  • Seeds (sunflower, pumpkin,chia, etc.)

Put chocolate in a microwave safe bowl and microwave for one minute ( stir after every 15-20 sec.) Microwave extra 30 sec. if chocolate isn’t completely melted.

Lay out a sheet of baking/waxed paper. Use a tablespoon to spoon out a blob of chocolate and make a circle/oval/square shape ( or whatever you want your delicious bites be shaped) . Add fruits/nuts/seeds to top and press down slightly. Put them in the refrigerator and when chocolates have hardened, remove from the paper and beautifully delicious bites are ready to serve/ be eaten 🍫
