Chocoooooolate dream

So here are the answer to your waiting …


Delicious, gluten free chocolate cake with fresh strawberries on top! Can anything be better than this?

Ingredients:

  • Gluten free brownies mix
  • 100 ml rice milk
  • 60 g butter
  • 2 eggs
  • Chocolate chips, strawberries for decoration

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven until 180*C.
  2. Add brownies mix, melted butter, eggs and milk in a mixing bowl.
  3. Use a mixer with wire whip ( so the mixture incorporates with air) and mix until you get smooth consistency batter.
  4. Pour batter in a nonstick pan.
  5. Bake for ~ 25 minutes.
  6. Add chocolate chips on top while cake is warm and let it cool down.
  7. Serve with fresh strawberries or other berries.
