Slow-cooker beef roast

Here’s just a perfect way to make a really juicy roast beef, if you have a slow cooker at home….

Ingredients:

  • ~ 1 kg beef roast
  • 2 onions
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • Salt, pepper
  • 200 ml red wine
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions:

  1. Rub beef roast with salt, pepper and oil.
  2. Put it in a slow cooker.
  3. Add garlic cloves, whole onions and red wine.
  4. Cook for 5 hours on low program and 2 hours on medium program (depending on slow cookers model)

Serve ,for example, with fresh green salads and sweet potato fries.
