- ~ 1 kg beef roast
- 2 onions
- 4 garlic cloves
- Salt, pepper
- 200 ml red wine
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Rub beef roast with salt, pepper and oil.
- Put it in a slow cooker.
- Add garlic cloves, whole onions and red wine.
- Cook for 5 hours on low program and 2 hours on medium program (depending on slow cookers model)
Serve ,for example, with fresh green salads and sweet potato fries.
