Bulgur with turkey bacon

This is one of the “Easy 30 min meal” recipes. It takes not much time and effort, and tastes really good.

Easy 30 minute meal

So let’s get started!

Ingredients:

  • 12 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup bulgur
  • 3 cups water
  • Salt, pepper (after taste)
  • Spring onions, for decoration

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 200C.
  2. Spread bacon on baking pan and put it in the oven.
  3. Bake for ~ 20 minutes.
  4. Add 3 cups of water to a soup pot and get water to boil.
  5. Take the pot off the stove and add bulgur and a half teaspoon of salt to boiling water and stir properly.
  6. Put a lid on and wait for 20 minutes.
  7. Serve immediately with some fresh salads or cooked veggies.
