Slow Cooker Chicken Drumsticks

After a relaxing weekend, away from cooking and kitchen in general, I’m back to start a new week with something easy and delicious. You already know, how obsessed I am with slow cooker. Just because it is the easiest way to prepare anything and without effort. Just add all the ingredients to your slow cooker, set the program and That’s It! You don’t have to worry about anything. It is the best solution for everyone, who is working long hours. Come home to ready-to-eat meals every single time!

Today I made some delicious chicken drumsticks served with mung beans

Slow Cooker Chicken Drumsticks

Ingredients:

  • 1500 g Chicken drumsticks
  • 400 g crushed tomatos (canned, with basilica)
  • 250 ml soya cuisine
  • 2 tbsp fresh beets juice
  • 1 large garlic, cut in to a half
  • 1 tsp Garam Masala
  • 1 tsp Chili Flakes
  • 1 tsp dried Oregano
  • 4-5 pcs black Maldon peppercorns
  • Salt, after taste ( I used approx. 2 tsp)

Instructions:

  1. Add tomatoes, soya, beets juice and all dry ingredients in a slow cooker. Mix all together
  2. Add chicken drumsticks to mixture and throw some garlic on top

    Slow Cooker Mode
  3. Put the lid on and choose the program (I used Low program for 8 hours)
  4. Serve with cooked mung beans, Butter&Garlic green beans
