Garlic&Cayenne Pepper Oven Roasted Mini Potatoes

This is a great side dish to serve alongside any  meat. And it looks so appetizing! It’s also one of those easy recipes you can make, when you are busy, but still want to make some eye-catching meal.

Oven roasted mini potatoes

Ingredients:

  • 700 g organic small size potatoes
  • 2tbsp olive oil
  • 2 small single clove garlic
  • 1 tsp Cayenne pepper, dried
  • 1 tsp green herbs, dried
  • Salt to taste

Instructions: 

  1. Preheat oven to 200 C
  2. Add potatoes, seasoning and oil to a Alu Foil Cooking Bag ( or just mix everything in a bowl and spread on a oven tray)
  3. Close the foil bag properly and shake until potatoes are evenly covered in oil/seasoning
  4. Bake for approximately 1 hour or until potatoes are done ✅
  5. Serve with some meat and fresh green salad
