Green Salad with Roasted Seeds


  • 200 g green Batavia salad
  • 2 medium Tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp Roasted seeds (I used sunflower seeds and flex seeds)

For the dressing:

  • 3 tsp Bruschetta seasoning mix
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp white wine vinegar


  1. Cut salad and tomatoes in large pieces and add to a medium salad bowl
  2. Mix all dressing ingredients in a small bowl until smooth consistency
  3. Add dressing to the salad bowl and mix all together
  4. Roast seeds in a pan on a medium heat until they are crispy
  5. Sprinkle in top of the salad
