Breakfast for champs

Breakfast is THE MOST IMPORTANT MEAL OF THE DAY! Because it is boosting up your body and preparing it for a new day. So why not make a breakfast that is delicious and simple at the same time. I have discovered my best breakfast combo ever  – Quinoa + Eggs. Just cook enough quinoa for the whole week and store it in a refrigerator, and you have a protein rich breakfast every single morning in just a seconds!

Quinoa and Eggs for boost up breakfast

Ingredients (for 1 person):

  • 50 g cooked quinoa
  • 2 medium eggs
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1tbsp olive oil
  • Bell pepper (optional)


  1. Cook quinoa (if you haven’t done it a day before) after instructions on the packaging.
  2. Heat up sauce pan and add 1/2 tbs of olive oil
  3. Add eggs, quinoa, salt after taste and cook until eggs are ready

    Adding a Red Bell Pepper for freshness and colours
  4. Serve with some veggies or greens ( I used a red bell pepper for more colorful look)
