Easy Detox Salad

Eastern celebration is over and now it is time to get back on track! And the best way to do it – let your body reboot from all that high sugar/fat/salt meals you were enjoying on your days off ( but it was SO worth it!) 😊

So here’s some easy and light salad, your body and mind will appreciate.

Ingredients:

  • 200 g red cabbage, shredded
  • 1 medium sweet apple, cut in pieces
  • 1 lime
  • 2 tbsp sunflower seeds, roasted
  • 2 tbsp high quality olive oil
  • Salt, pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Shred red cabbage finely and add to medium salad bowl
  2. Add medium cut apple pieces
  3. Squeeze juice from 1 lime and add to salad
  4. Add oil, salt and pepper, and mix all together
  5. Before serving, add roasted sunflower seeds for some crispy touch

Enjoy it!
