- 150 g Mascarpone cheese
- 150 g Philadelphia Original cream cheese
- 1/2 tsp vanilla sugar
- 3 tbsp elderflower syrup (you can use sugar, honey or maple/agave syrup instead)
- Using an electric mixer, whip all ingredients together until thick like firmly whipped cream
- Cover and chill in the fridge until needed, up to 2 days (bring to room temperature before serving/using)
