Homemade Mascarpone Cream 


This is one of the best whipped cream for desserts and fresh fruit EVER. The possibilities to use it are endless. And the most important … it’s so simple!


  • 150 g Mascarpone cheese
  • 150 g Philadelphia Original cream cheese
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla sugar
  • 3 tbsp elderflower syrup (you can use sugar, honey or maple/agave syrup instead)


  1. Using an electric mixer, whip all ingredients together until thick like firmly whipped cream
  2. Cover and chill in the fridge until needed, up to 2 days (bring to room temperature before serving/using)
