I know it’s been a while since I have posted something, but here I am today with my other compilation of really great and delicious breakfast ideas for you guys. Those who follow me on Instagram (@egitamillere) are probably familiar to most of the photos, but for those of you who, for some kind of reason, haven’t become one of my FoodieInstafriend ( I really hope you’ll join right NoW!), I am excited to introduce some amazing breakfast ideas for a better start of a day!
As you can see, my all time favorite breakfast is oatmeal (mostly in a form of oat porridge or homemade granola). And than there comes my imagination…. seasonal fruits:
- Pomegranate seeds
- Mango etc.
Some dried goodies:
- Different nuts (walnuts, almonds, hazelnuts, coconut…)
- Seeds (sunflower, chi, hemp seeds, cacao nibs, flex seeds…)
- Dried fruits (apricots, cranberries, figs, raisins, goji berries, dates…)
And sometimes I like to add some extra sweetness to indulge my sweet tooth:
- Dark chocolate (shredded or melted with a pinch of sea salt)
- Different syrups (agave, maple..)
- Peanut butter etc.
……and that’s it!
Nothing super difficult and time consuming ,so you can enjoy your vitamin and fiber rich breakfast every single time!
I really wish you get a little more inspiration for your own breakfast ideas, because as A.A. Gill said ” Breakfast is everything. The beginning, the first thing. It is the mouthful that is the commitment to a new day, a continuing life.”
